Terms of Service

Acadra is a cloud-based school management platform that enables primary and secondary schools to manage student records, academic results, attendance, and related operations. By accessing or using Acadra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• A registered school, institution, or authorized representative
• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to act on behalf of your institution

When you register:

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acadra is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

Acadra operates on a multi-tenant architecture:

• Each school is assigned a unique subdomain
• You may only access data belonging to your school
• Attempting to access another school's data is strictly prohibited

You agree to use Acadra only for lawful educational purposes.

You must NOT:

• Upload false or misleading data
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Share login credentials irresponsibly

• Schools retain ownership of all data entered into Acadra
• Acadra acts as a data processor and custodian
• You are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and legality

• Acadra operates on a subscription basis (per term or as agreed)
• Failure to pay may result in restricted access or suspension
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Acadra may:

• Perform maintenance
• Upgrade features
• Temporarily suspend services if necessary

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. Use the platform at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these terms
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• Your usage poses risk to the system

You may stop using the service at any time.

Acadra is not liable for:

• Data loss caused by user actions
• Incorrect data entered by users
• Indirect or consequential damages

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
